Terms of Service

Circles is a social utility for making plans with friends. Use it in good faith. Don't harass other users, don't spam, don't scrape, and don't try to break things. We can suspend accounts that do.

You're responsible for what happens on your account. Don't share your login. If you think someone else has accessed your account, delete it from Profile → Data & privacy and create a new one.

You keep ownership of the messages, plans, and other content you create on Circles. By posting it you grant us the rights we need to store, deliver, and show it to the audience you chose.

You agree not to use Circles to:

• Harass, threaten, or stalk other users.
• Post illegal, sexually-explicit, or hateful content.
• Impersonate someone else.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages.
• Probe, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Use the service to organize anything illegal.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app.

Circles is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uptime, message delivery timing, or that any specific feature will keep working unchanged. To the extent allowed by law we disclaim all implied warranties.

Where permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior 12 months — which for most users is $0.

We may update these terms; if we do we'll bump the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
